Theme Accessories
The following theme accessories are available. Please allow me to quote on a particular theme, as there are many different accessories available in each theme. You can then choose what you would like to order. Please also see the Themed Décor below to which these accessories can be added to make your child’s party an unforgettable one.

Themed Décor

We also offer themed décor including chairs, chair covers, tables, tablecloths, banner, centrepiece (birthday child’s name) and confetti. This is the basic décor and the theme accessories can be added to this.

Décor prices:
1 – 10 children = R400.00
11 – 15 children = R500.00
16 – 20 children = R600.00
21 – 30 children = R700.00
31 – 40 children = R800.00

Corpporate/Year End Functions

The rate for corporate/year end function is R 2 500.00 incl. VAT for 3 hours of venue hire.

This rate includes:

• Crockery and cutlery (cake plates, coffee cups, glasses etc) I only have about 50 of each, so if extras are needed, this will need to be arranged and paid for separately.
• Coffee, tea, milk and sugar
• Juice for children
• An assistant throughout the party

The time slots are:
9:00am – 12:00pm (must be concluded by 12:15pm)
2:00pm – 5pm (must be concluded by 5:15pm)
If an entire day is required, the rate is double ie.
R 5 000.00 incl. VAT from 9am – 5pm.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

Elf’s Hill is not a licensed venue and therefore cannot serve alcoholic beverages. You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages, keeping in mind that this is a children’s party venue. Absolutely, no loud speakers allowed.
