The venue may be hired in the mornings from 9:00am to 12:00pm and in the afternoons from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.

  • The venue hire rates are as follows:
    Monday – Friday R 950.00 (no VAT) for morning or afternoon (up to & including 40 children including 2 birthday children, thereafter R 10 per child). An extra R 50.00 per birthday child thereafter.
    Saturday, Sunday & public holidays - R 1 300.00 (no VAT). for morning or afternoon (up to & including 40 children including 2 birthday children, thereafter R 10 per child).  An extra R 50.00 per birthday child thereafter.
    The venue must be vacated by no later than 12:30pm for morning parties and 5:30pm for afternoon parties. A charge of R 250.00 will be charged if the venue is vacated later than stated above.
  • The rates above include the following:
    Venue hire for three (3) hours (see time slots above)
    All cutlery and crockery for adults and children, including bowls and trays for sweets and chips etc, glasses for adults, cups and plates for children.
    Teas, coffee, milk and sugar for adults
    Juice for the children
    An assistant to help throughout the party
    The birthday child receives a gift from Elf’s Hill
  • A non-refundable deposit of R 500 paid within 1 week of receiving your “CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING” is required to secure the booking. Bank account details will be sent on the‘CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING”.
  • The party parent is required to complete an indemnity form on arrival and payment in full must be made prior to the start of the party.

  • A 50% deposit is required on any extra entertainment hired eg. Clowns, magicians etc.

  • Prices on any extras are subject to change without prior notice due to supplier increases.
  • Elf’s Hill is not a licensed venue and therefore cannot serve alcoholic beverages. You are most welcome to bring along your own limited alcoholic beverages keeping in mind that Elf’s Hill is a children’s party venue.
  • There is a patio heater available at an extra charge of R250.00 per party.
  • Absolutely NO speakers or microphones are to be used at Elf’s Hill.
